To err

Flowing away from the shadows of my mind

The presence shrinks out of sight

Darkness once so close reveals all what was hidden around them

Judgement, anger, resentment now without a home look for a new dwelling

To let them fall away without a sound evokes a deep sense of low

Without the distraction of those emotions

The barren waste of what once was there

Takes a sadder but wiser view

I find the fault within myself

Considering my history

Considering my feelings

You did not believe me
